Our strategy in FM is to make sure we're doing the right thing at the right time and moving together in the same direction in support of the University's mission. Using our strategic goals and sub-goals, we outlined what success looks like and defined the strategic objectives needed to accomplish to reach our overall FM strategic goals.
These FM strategic objectives are tracked with set measurements and metrics to monitor progress toward meeting defined targets. The Facilities Management Strategic Progress Card linked below shows this progress. It is updated at intervals as data sources allow.
FM continuously identifies and executes initiatives including projects and specific actions to achieve our strategic objectives.
