Facilities Management has four high-level strategic goals that align with the University's strategic roadmap. When establishing goals, FM uses a balanced approach which takes into account the areas of stewardship & services, processes, people and resources.
Each high-level strategic goal is further defined by two or three sub-goals which point to areas of priority needed for FM to thrive and deliver our mission.
