Facilities Onboarding Checklist

Welcome to Facilities Management Onboarding!

We want the onboarding experience to Facilities Management (FM) to be thorough, informative and successful. This onboarding tool provides guidance on what the new employee may expect in the first 90 days including University of Minnesota (UMN) organization and department level expectations and required activities.

There will be other activities and expectations not included in this tool that are required within your specific department. Your supervisor, leadership, administrative staff and peers will guide you through those.

Users of this tool include the new employee, the new employee's supervisor and the administrative staff who will be involved in the onboarding process. Please review the "How to use the FM Onboarding Tool" below before you begin.
